We are confident that you will be delightful and satisfy with our cashmere, but if not, you could make it return to us.
Here are some returns rule for understanding:
- Return Time: Return could be effected within 30 days after courier reception, in original packing, with complete accessories.
- Return Fee: All shipping fees are at the customers expense. This includes shipping fees for a return or exchange and import/ customs fee’s for international shipments. We are not liable for any extra charges by the post office. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Exclusion: For all orders that are purchased with a discount code, we are not able to do any returns/ replacements.
- Return Trace: For all packages that are lost/ stolen after being shipped, you can contact your local post office and provide them with your tracking number. They will get you know how to file a claim. We are not at fault if something is to happen to a package after shipping, as it is something out of our controls. We could not provide reimbursements for lost/ stolen packages.
